Departing from his earlier works Oscar experiments with his style, with moving away from thick texture and employing the use of washes that build layers through transparency, and uses a limited color pallet of bright colors . The canvas captures his gestural movements in long brushstrokes that swoop and dip around layers of paint applied by palette knife. The colors are bright and electric. In execution, his focus is on the forms of paintings. Movement is one of the most striking aspects of the work, as color is laid into forms that seem to dance in a chaotic symphony.
